Over the years I have written a ton of press releases and without fail, they always get the attention of the target market my client is after. For example, if I write a press releases on securing funds for a nonprofit organization, I target 501 (c)(3) organizations and corporations because they can both receive tax exempt funding.
Press releases reach beyond the local community and flow like the air that moves the clouds in the sky. I have written press releases for clients in China, Dubai, Australia, Canada, and the United States. Typically what clients want is a clear and focused message that garner the attention of readers, drive traffic to their website and provide a number to call for more information and or for their services and or products.
Mind you I have also had some rather interesting request for interviews, for example one client wanted a press release for more mature audiences, I had to decline the inquiry because it conflicts with my business ethics. Don't get me wrong, the clients request was all business, however one must make the best business judgment with the longevity of their business in mind.
I highly recommend people write press releases because the media reads them, interviews can be generated from them and product sells and launches can move a business from zero to not being able to handle the demand for a given product.
Something to keep in mind is with the bad economy, press releases help you satnd out in a crowd. What do I mean by this? Great question and I'm glad you asked.
For some strange reason some businesses cut back on marketing and promoting their business, this results in fewer leads and less profit. What should be happening now during the recycling of the economy is for companies to ramp up their marketing starting with you guessed it, press releases.
What is phenomenal about press releases nowadays is that a business can have press releases written and generate business around the world. What's even cooler than this is, a press release can be attached to a social networking site, this is marketing for pennies on the dollar.
Call upon a reputable company to write your press releases for you, it will pay dividends in the long run. Positively impacting your bottom line is what an effective press release will do for you and your business.
